Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize product features.
- Create engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions to elevate the overall user experience.
- Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a tech or product-driven environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, problem-solving, and visual design.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is highly preferred.
