Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for core product features, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales with our product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and drive product iterations.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of growth.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive leadership with confidence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and a strong command of design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design thinking.
