Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity interactive prototyping.
- Architect and maintain a scalable, multi-platform design system to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate deeply with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant user journeys.
- Execute rigorous usability testing and A/B testing frameworks to validate design decisions with real-world data.
- Present and defend design strategies to executive stakeholders, clearly articulating the ROI of UX improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of peer feedback and continuous professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our product suite at the cutting edge of modern design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience designing complex SaaS, web, and mobile applications in a high-growth environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and component library management.
- Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research that directly impacted product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to facilitate seamless handoffs to engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
