Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Develop responsive UI systems and design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-backed insights
- Mentor junior designers and evangelize design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize conversion and engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including personas, journey mapping, and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
