As a key member of our product team, you will define the visual language of our products and ensure a seamless user journey from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, comprehensive design system.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX processes and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive design feedback.
