Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate user feedback into actionable design solutions.
- Create and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, scope, and technical implementation.
- Design intuitive user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, backed by data, design principles, and user research.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI/UX design best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- A stunning, comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and execution.
- Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience designing complex web and mobile applications (SaaS experience is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations, facilitating seamless developer handoffs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
