Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex systems
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews)
- Strong understanding of responsive design patterns and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional certification
