Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD tools
- Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API endpoints
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process optimizations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and SLAs
- Maintain test documentation and defect tracking in JIRA
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality-first culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and test automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in SQL, REST API testing, and performance testing tools
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with JIRA integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality SaaS products
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
