Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to deliver feature sets.
- Lead code reviews and implement best practices for maintainability and performance.
- Optimize database queries and system latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence the long-term technical roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management.
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and documented code.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in a high-growth startup environment.
