Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer applications
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio required showcasing process and outcomes
