Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and implementation, leading technical initiatives that drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for coding standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to improve delivery efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to technical debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
