Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex deep learning models for scientific applications.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate scientific problems into mathematical models.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in statistical analysis and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
