Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions with pixel-perfect accuracy
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and aesthetic sensibility
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component-driven design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for design implementation collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
