Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance for high-traffic data pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies to drive iterative improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data structures
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Experience with testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
