Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives reducing annual spend by 15-20%
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and AWS CodePipeline
- Architect security-first cloud environments with IAM, WAF, and GuardDuty
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct infrastructure code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust infrastructure solutions
- Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with 5+ years in AWS
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and networking
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
