Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead the automation initiative using Python and Selenium to reduce manual testing efforts.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.
- Manage the bug lifecycle in Jira, ensuring clear communication between QA and Development teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test scripts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong preference for Senior roles.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for automation scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and testing.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
