What you'll do:
- Drive the design strategy and visual language for new product features.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into seamless designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high standards of usability and accessibility.
- Develop comprehensive user flows and wireframes that address user needs effectively.
- Create visually stunning and responsive interfaces that work across all devices and platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and engineering teams for approval.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and A/B testing results.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical audiences.
