Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetic appeal with functional excellence

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and visual storytelling skills
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user-centered rationale
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration with developers
