Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance automated test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of complex distributed cloud systems.
- Lead QA initiatives including performance, security, and regression testing cycles.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision using Jira.
- Mentor junior QA members and foster a culture of quality across the engineering department.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or a related engineering field.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Proven track record of designing test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Deep experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
