Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of product design, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define the vision and ensure seamless implementation of design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust, scalable design system to ensure brand and interface consistency across platforms.
- Participate in design critiques and provide actionable, constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Create high-fidelity visual assets and interaction specs that push the boundaries of digital product design.
- Translate complex business requirements into human-centric, accessible user flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- A world-class portfolio showcasing deep expertise in visual design, interaction patterns, and user-centric problem-solving.
- Deep proficiency in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation with a clear understanding of HTML/CSS constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
