Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end transportation operations including fleet management, route optimization, and carrier negotiations

- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and state transportation laws
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in logistics performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive transportation management experience in LTL/FTL operations
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Advanced proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
