Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 8+ years progressive transportation management experience
- CDL-A certification and Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Expertise in TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates)
- Proven track record in reducing transportation costs by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Power BI proficiency
