- Implement TMS optimization for route efficiency and sustainability compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse-to-delivery coordination
- Analyze KPIs including on-time delivery, fuel consumption, and carrier performance
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in transportation management
- Expertise in multi-modal logistics and TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs by 10-20%
- Strong negotiation skills with Fortune 500 carrier partners
- Professional certification (CSCP, CTL, or C.P.M.)
