Responsibilities
- Design and execute multimodal transportation strategies across 15+ European countries
- Manage fleet optimization and carrier partnerships with 50+ providers
- Implement AI-powered route planning and real-time tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with EU transport regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead cost reduction initiatives targeting 15% annual savings
- Oversee warehouse-to-port distribution networks
- Develop KPI dashboards for performance analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in international logistics with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in multimodal transport (road/rail/sea/air) integration
- Proficiency in TMS platforms like SAP TM or Oracle Transportation
- Strong negotiation skills with proven carrier management success
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German highly valued
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
