- Oversee compliance with FMCSA regulations and international trade requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives including route optimization and carbon footprint reduction
- Manage multimodal crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive transportation management experience
- Expertise in TMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record in multimodal freight optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- CDL certification or equivalent transportation safety credentials
- Experience managing teams of 10+ logistics professionals
