Responsibilities

- Leverage AI-powered platforms to optimize routing and reduce transit times by 15%
- Ensure full compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and international transport regulations
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate contracts for 50+ logistics partners
- Develop sustainability initiatives including route electrification and carbon offset programs
- Analyze KPIs to reduce logistics costs while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating warehouse and transportation operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in transportation management with multi-modal expertise
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle Transportation, or Blue Yonder)
- Certification in CSCP or CTL preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL and Excel
- Demonstrated success in reducing logistics costs by 20%+
- Strong understanding of ELD regulations and electronic documentation systems
- Experience managing international freight and cross-border compliance
