  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in Insurtech, Fintech, and Insurance sectors.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet critical hiring targets and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Interview Process: Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assess cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Apex Insurance at job fairs, tech meetups, and virtual events to build our brand as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or Healthcare industries.
