We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our high-growth Talent Acquisition team in New York City. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying talent and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in Insurtech, Fintech, and Insurance sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet critical hiring targets and reduce time-to-fill.
- Interview Process: Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assess cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Employer Branding: Represent Apex Insurance at job fairs, tech meetups, and virtual events to build our brand as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or Healthcare industries.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science) and the specific skills required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to high-level candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
