Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle for complex software development initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams comprising engineering, product, and design to meet aggressive delivery milestones.
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with executive-level business objectives.
- Implement rigorous risk management frameworks to proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
- Facilitate high-impact Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting, data-driven insights, and executive presentations.
- Optimize internal workflows and resource allocation to maximize team velocity and delivery quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure requirements are crystal clear.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable project insights.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing both engineers and C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of successfully delivering high-budget ($1M+) projects on time and within scope.
