Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) and maintain JIRA/Asana backlogs
- Develop comprehensive project plans including risk mitigation strategies, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies through data analysis and team feedback
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve escalations across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers while establishing PMO standards and governance protocols
- Present executive-level project dashboards and ROI analysis to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with 5+ years of hands-on implementation
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Confluence)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience mentoring project management professionals in matrix organizations
