Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for complex software development initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks and blockers.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder review meetings.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve internal project management methodologies and agile best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system architecture, and modern web technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
