Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise SaaS platforms, from discovery to launch and beyond
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban methodologies across distributed teams
- Champion stakeholder management with C-suite executives, clients, and technical partners
- Drive data-driven decision-making using Jira, Confluence, and advanced analytics tools
- Mentor junior PMs and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO
- Own budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis for multi-million dollar portfolios
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/SaaS
- PMP/CSM certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Proven success scaling agile methodologies across 50+ person organizations
- Expertise in enterprise software delivery with cloud infrastructure experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and cross-cultural fluency
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Background in fintech or B2B SaaS with complex integrations
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
