Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for high-visibility technical initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement of team velocity.
- Manage executive stakeholder expectations and provide transparent progress reporting.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Remove technical blockers to maintain sprint momentum and project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental influence.
