Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to define comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Lead root-cause analysis efforts for production defects and implement preventative measures.
- Conduct thorough API, performance, and regression testing to ensure seamless system integration.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in quality engineering across the organization.
- Manage CI/CD integration pipelines to facilitate rapid, high-quality feature releases.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing protocols, edge-case scenarios, and system requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Proven experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows and experience with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to bug-free software delivery.
- Experience with agile/scrum development methodologies and Jira for bug tracking.
