Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable microservices architecture.
- Optimize low-latency data processing pipelines for maximum throughput.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to enhance system observability and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
- Drive the technical roadmap for core backend components.
- Maintain high coding standards through rigorous testing and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system bottlenecks in production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Rust with a focus on concurrency.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with NoSQL and relational database sharding and partitioning.
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
