Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact software engineering projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across distributed global teams.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
- Conduct high-level stakeholder briefings, providing transparent updates on velocity, health metrics, and strategic pivots.
- Drive the evolution of internal PMO processes by implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within SaaS or cloud-based software environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies with a strong command of Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmapping tools.
- Current PMP, Prince2, or Senior Scrum Master (SSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical architecture and its business implications.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through at least three full-cycle enterprise product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related business field.
