Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage expectations across all levels
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMO best practices
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables against business objectives
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience with remote team leadership and global projects
