Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across all organizational levels to align expectations and drive consensus
- Implement and optimize agile/scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project transparency
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, providing regular status updates to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of delivering large-scale projects in fast-paced, evolving environments
