Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Fluency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
