Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of Big 4 or boutique tax firm experience
- Advanced degree in Taxation, Law, or Finance (LLM/MST preferred)

- Proven track record in tax controversy resolution and IRS negotiations
- Strong leadership skills managing high-performing tax teams
- Proficiency in tax automation platforms (Vertex, OnePoint, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex financial modeling
