Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and forecast future financial performance to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate operating budgets and strategic financial models.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the finance department.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations for the executive board and board of directors.
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
