Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist in external audits and internal control reviews, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
