Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and risk mitigation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $2B+ portfolio
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management and banking relationships
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
- Proven expertise in SEC reporting and investment fund accounting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional finance teams
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international GAAP/IFRS standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
