- Develop proactive tax risk mitigation frameworks using advanced analytics
- Mentor junior tax professionals and spearhead departmental process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international tax planning initiatives
- Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation through continuous research and implementation
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and federal tax codes
- Proven track record in tax technology transformation (e.g., Vertex, Avalara)
- Advanced degree in Taxation or Finance preferred
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- JD or LLM in Tax Law highly desirable
