Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, presenting findings to senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, including M&A due diligence, capital allocation, and business unit performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather data, refine assumptions, and ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies (DCF, multiples, etc.) for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to provide informed recommendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, merger models).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions) and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
