Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives

- Lead budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear narratives
- Collaborate with M&A teams on valuation and due diligence processes
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
