Qualifications
- CPA license with 7+ years of Big 4 or national firm experience
- Masters in Taxation or JD with tax concentration preferred
- Expertise in M&A tax structuring and cross-border transactions
- Proven track record in tax controversy and IRS audit defense
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (Vertex, OnePoint, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills managing teams of 5+ professionals
