Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for corporate clients
- Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance filings
- Lead audits and respond to IRS inquiries
- Mentor junior tax professionals and review workpapers
- Advise clients on M&A tax implications
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Vertex, Avalara) for automation
- Stay current with tax legislation changes
Qualifications
- CPA license required (active)
- 7+ years public accounting tax experience
- Masters in Taxation or MBA preferred
- Expertise in S-corporation and partnership taxation
- Strong proficiency in tax software and data analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven team leadership experience
- Big Four or top-tier firm background preferred
