Responsibilities
- Oversee federal, state, and international tax compliance for multinational corporations
- Develop tax-efficient restructuring strategies and M&A transaction support
- Lead IRS audits and state tax controversies with innovative resolution approaches
- Manage cross-functional teams of tax professionals and external advisors
- Implement digital transformation in tax processes using automation tools
- Present complex tax solutions to C-suite executives and boards
- Mentor junior staff through structured career development programs
Qualifications
- CPA license required (actively pursuing acceptable)
- 8+ years in public accounting or corporate tax with Big 4 experience
- Advanced expertise in tax technology (ProSystem fx, OnePoint, etc.)
- Proven track record in managing multi-jurisdictional tax projects
- Deep knowledge of ASC 740 (FIN 48) and international tax frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years managing teams
- JD or MST degree preferred
