- Lead state/local tax (SALT) compliance and controversy resolution
- Oversee international tax planning including transfer pricing and BEPS compliance
- Manage IRS audits and tax dispute resolutions
- Mentor junior tax professionals and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with CFOs on M&A tax due diligence
Qualifications
- CPA license required with 8+ years of tax experience
- Expertise in federal, state, and international tax regulations
- Proven experience managing tax audits and disputes
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (Sovos, Vertex, ONESOURCE)
- MBA or Master's in Taxation preferred
- Strong leadership background with team management experience
