Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for multinational clients
- Lead tax compliance processes including filings, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Advise on M&A transactions, restructuring, and international expansion opportunities

Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- Proven expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, and state & local taxes

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-experts
- Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or related field
